- Top 10 QuestionsSo, you’re looking to book a band for your wedding, party, coporate event, private event etc and need to know what to ask. To help you, we’ve compiled a top 10 list for your use – we’ve also answered the questions, so when you contact us, you’ll already have these answers. Q – Is your equipment PAT tested? A – Yes. All our equipment is PAT tested on a 12 month (or sooner) basis Q – Do you have Public Liability Insurance? A – Yes we do. We have cover up to £5m, however can offer up to £10m if required Q – Can you send PAT certificates & Public Liability documents to my venue, as they need to see them? A – Of course we can. We’d be more than happy to email these direct to them (or Fax/Post if required) Q – What time will you arrive at the venue to set up? A – When booking the band, we can arrive anytime from 5pm on the day (depending on when we can access the function room). Free bookings are provided twice per year – one between January and June, and one between July and November. If we don’t already have a Charity Event booked in the period in which your event falls, we will provide the band free of charge.

If we do already have a booking in that period, we will still provide you with a quotation at our discounted Charity rate.
